A View from the Bench
Hi Everyone,
My father, brother and I believe the relationship between our customers and our company does not end when someone purchases an instrument or a service. Instead, it is at the time of purchase that our relationship begins. Think about it. What other products require the visit of a company representative at least twice a year when there is nothing wrong like a piano requires a piano tuner's visit? And what about lessons? We see some of our customers once a week!
Still, there are some whom we don't see as often as we would like too. For those, we have begun a weekly journal which my brother, John, has named "A View From the Bench". The journal will describe what is happening at Boston Organ & Piano and also significant events and achievements in the lives of our staff and our customers/friends.
I hope you'll read "A View From the Bench". I would also be grateful if you would submit your thoughts, ideas, significant achievements, etc. It would be wonderful to include your suggestions, comments and achievements in the column.
Remember, sometimes it's better to be on the bench!
